Jack was amazing!
I was after a quick no hassle sale and this is what I got from this dealership. I went for the Ford Kuga as I wanted an automatic car and this is the one that jumped out at me. Jack was great to deal with as he couldn't have done any more to help, there was a little bit of confusion regarding the pick up date but he was quick to get the issue resolved and he was very apologetic so I can't fault it.

Breath of fresh air
The kids love the new car because they have a lot more room in the back. I'm still getting used to having the bigger car but I'm slowly getting there. Mechanically the car runs fine and it is lovely to drive. Kam was a breath of fresh air to deal with while I purchased my car as there was no pressure to buy anything and he allowed me to think about it before I made a decision.

Great car and service.
I have been driving round in an older Clio for a good while and finally came the time where I needed a bit of an upgrade.. I took a big step up and treated myself to a Mercedes C Class. The car is really nice, it didn't take me long to get used to as it's a very nice, forgiving car to drive. There are a couple issues, not massive issues but I am currently working with the dealer to resolve, if these are resolved to a high standard, everything else has been flawless so I will quite happily up the rating to 5 stars.

Love my first car!
I recently passed my test and needed something to get on the road and develop my confidence, I learned in a Peugeot 208 so getting an Audi A1 for my first car has been a big change and taken some getting used to. The car is amazing and I love it, The customer service was spot on and Jack was lovely to deal with. Very pleased and I would recommend SCS Autos.

Daughters got a time travelling Sandero.
I went to SCS Autos, my daughter had a Clio before but someone went into the back off her and wrote it off.. It was an absolute mess but luckily she got away with just some minor back pain and it's not even knocked her confidence. We went an negotiated a price for a Dacia Sandero, she loves the car so far and is really enjoying driving it. The only little niggle we have is the time will jump forward and back without reason whenever the engine is turned off.. very strange fault but not a major concern all the same. The customer service was rudy good too, Jack was great and the rest of the team made the effort to come over for a chat. Very pleasant, very professional, very happy with SCS Autos.

So far, very positive.
This is my first time dealing with SCS Autos and it was a very easy, quick and generally just a really nice experience. Kam is lovely, really easy to get on with and ran me through the process in detail over the phone, one of the team drove the car down to me which was good and he seemed pretty chill. I had a 320i before which I have just sold and the one I took this time is a newer model with a lower millage. The car is excellent and the I love it so far. I would highly recommend SCS Autos to anyone and everyone in the market for a used car.

Five STAR service
The guys at SCS were so helpful We went to view a car and ended up purchasing and trading in on the same day. They talked us through the car's history, showed us everthing we needed to know and even sorted out our tax and temporary insurance so that we could drive away the same day. Pleasant people to deal with.
Very pleasant people to deal with from start to finish. from the beginning the phone was answered promptly and they took the time to answer my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Once we arrived to inspect the car they left us to it but were around to answer any questions. We were allowed to take the car for a test drive for as long as we wanted, again there was no rush or pressure. When we returned we were again free to go over the car some more and ask any questions about it. They gave us a good deal on our old car as part ex and the whole transaction was very smooth. Overall we were treated respectfully and at no time did we feel pressured or rushed, they were attentive but not intrusive when we were inspecting the car.

I went to their shop couple of days ago after I saw the car that I was looking for. It was almost 6pm but Shab and Q were realy helpful. They took me to a proper test drive that I was able to test the car to its limit. Almost in 1.5hrs, everything was done with some with some nice gifts as their gestures. Thank you guys

From the initial email at 8pm at night, I had an immediate response. Asked loads of questions and nothing was too much trouble. Made an appointment, they even picked me up from the train station. I wasn't at all disappointed, the Range Rover was amazing. Paperwork was easy and friendly, they helped me tax the car and registered it for me online. All in all, fantastic service from really nice people. Would most definitely buy from these guys again.

Great team very helpful and friendly initially came down to see a Renault 7 seater and the space wasn't for me luckily they have a great selection of cars and showed me a few other 7 seater all in good condition with fair mileage at very competitive price they helped me find one that ticked all the boxes luckily and haven't had a problem at all with them all ways there to help even ordered the manuals that wasn't with the car for me can't recommend these guys any more

Bought my dream car, it was exactly as advertised, in fact it looked better in real life! I was probably very annoying but Jack was polite and helpful the whole time. They helped me sort EVERYTHING to drive my new A8 away and bought my old A8 from me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a decent 2nd hand car, (I've already told my dad to go there) - they have some top quality luxury cars as well as affordable cheap 'run arounds.' Did not feel pressure sold at all and for a female on my own that was nice. I went there (a 70 mile trip) because of the reviews and was glad I did. I must say as soon as I entered their premises , I was made welcome and the vehicle was ready and looked exactly as it did in the pictures of their ad. The process was smooth , I was offered a test drive till I was comfortable enough to know that the car was running well. The team was not pushy at all and they let me take my time which made the whole process comfortable and smooth. Originally I came past SCS autos looking for a car for my wife, the staff where really supportive I was looking for a saloon Mercedes and I came across a CLA the amazing manager came and took care off me he allowed me and my wife to take the car on a test drive and we came to a agreement and I was satisfied with the price and the car. The staff where all friendly when I approached the business they made me feel very welcomed they offered me water and coffee. Overall, I do recommend them if you are looking for a car. The boss, manager and the staff where all friendly.

Made sure test drive was made Covid safe for me and pregnant wife.
Did find equivalent car cheaper elsewhere, so reduced asking price slightly. Other car was still cheaper but service and relatively small price difference resulted in us purchasing from SCS

Honest, polite and professional sales team
I have purchased Mercedes from SCS Autos. After one day of driving engine light came up on the dashboard. I reported that to them as they provide warranty. They have asked me to bring the car for repair. The car was fixed and returned to me, I would definitely recommend them to others.

Great service - made used car buying easy.
Excellent service, made the whole process very simple. I arrived with a PX and they dealt with that whilst I test drove the new car. On my return they sorted everything else as well, tax refunds on the old car and tax and 5 day insurance on the new car so I could drive it away. I've had no issues with my new car so far so all looks good.
